This project involved work on almost every room in the house. The owners had already done an excellent remodeling on some parts of the house, including an existing bath, but with one small child and another on the way, they needed a little more space.
A small extension to the rear allowed the kitchen, dining room, and family room to work together as one large family-friendly space
The den was another addition, to the front of the house. The additional few feet added to the front created the space that was used for the new front porch (see photos below).

The simple color scheme extends into the baths. This one was redone with tile to coordinate with the other bath the owners had done a few years before.
Skylights in the master bath add tons of natural light!
Muted colors in the master bedroom make the furnishings stand out.
